By accessing or using Sidecar ("the Service" or "the Platform"), operated by BGT Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to access and use Sidecar for your business purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any unauthorized commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and identification
- Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account

5. Service Description
Sidecar provides business automation tools for local service businesses, including customer relationship management, appointment scheduling, and AI-powered agents. However:
- AI agents provide suggestions and automations but do not guarantee specific outcomes
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions taken by AI agents
- We are not responsible for business decisions made based on AI recommendations
- Service features may change as we continue to improve the platform
6. Subscription and Payments
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. You agree to:
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorize charges as specified in your selected plan
- Pay all applicable fees and taxes
- Notify us of any changes to your payment information or if you wish to cancel
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BGT Labs LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY BGT LABS LLC ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BGT LABS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
